RETURNS

If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days from the date you received your order.

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopevoq.com. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided.

We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to info@shopevoq.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing/selection.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.

In all other cases, customers may return eligible items in accordance with our return policy and request a refund.
